The hotel is usually 45-60 minutes driving time from the city center of San Francisco.
No, you would not have a problem finding local transportation options back to San Francisco from the hotel used on tour.
It is usually the Crowne Plaza in Silicone Valley, but this is subject to reconfirmation also.

This hotel is located in New Jersey, usually near EWR airport.

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm if the tour departures will be on Tuesdays and Saturdays for next year, as the site is not yet updated for 2013.
In addition, we do not recommend customers to book their flights for the tour until after they have their tour confirmed.

Yes, all of the admission costs and excursions are completely optional.
You can decide, while on tour, which excursions you would like to participate in.
If you opt out of any of the optional excursions, you will have free time in the area while the tour guide is with the rest of the group.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer parking arrangements for our pickup locations, so we do not have that information on file to provide you.
However, we suggest calling the Top Quality Food Market to inquire about their long term parking arrangements.
Alternatively, many customers arrange drop off service at the pickup location to make it easier to join the tour.

Unfortunately, this tour does not offer drop off at the Union City station.
However, if you plan to depart from Union City, you can self check-out of the hotel and self transfer to the station on your own, without going to Yosemite and LA with the tour group.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will depart the hotel and we will update that information with your tour guide.
Please note: Many times this tour offers hotel accommodation in Union City; however, it is not guaranteed. The hotel location can also be in Silicone Valley, or other surrounding cities.
