Q: Hi, the start data is note as Los Angeles but the End city is stated as Salt LaKe City, UT. But as there is a pick up point in Irvine, we choose to be picked up in Irvine. But for returning do we have to arrange to travel from Salt lake City to Los Angeles. In the itinerary details it also states to book a flight. Can you please confirm if that is our additional expense.Thanks

Yes, this tour offers pickup in the LA area (including Irvine); however, this tour does not return to the LA area.This tour offers drop off at the Salt Lake City airport.
Flights are not included in the tour and are at the expense of the customer.
We suggest booking a longer tour that does offer a return to LA.

Q: Hi, we're planning to take this tour in Jan 4. Could you please tell us, where we're going to stay in Washington D.C and Niagara Falls? Which Hotels? Also, we have a concern how easy is it to find a transportation to times square for 5 people with 5 suitcases. Is it easy to find a minivan taxi in that area? DC area hotel, usually located in Manassas:
Sleep Inn or Hotel offered similar standards of service
Niagara Falls area hotel, usually located in Rochester or Amherst NY:

Unfortunately this tour is not operational in the months of November through March.
This tour, along with any Yellowstone tours, are only available during the months of April through October.
The weather conditions in winter are too harsh for tour coach buses to travel safely.
Reservations for these tours open early next year, typically when the weather becomes favorable for these tours to depart.
Please check back with us during January or February of 2013 to check for our updated prices and tour dates for the following year.
It is a little early to book these tours.
We recommend making qa reservation for a Yellowstone tour at least one month in advance.

I have gone through all you Q & A's & still unsure when we get back & dropped off at either Chinatown or Flushing will there be available transport either by subway/taxi etc to a hotel closer to the NYC? We are staying on for a few extra days more than likely closer to Times Square or Central Park & just need to know if we can get there easily when the tours drops us of. You usually get back to Chinatown on the last day of the tour between 6-7pm.You can have drop off service in Chinatown, which is located in Manhattan.
There are many transportation options in Manhattan and the surrounding areas.
This drop off location is very close to the Times Square area.

Unfortunately the itinerary cannot be customized.

Each person is allowed to bring one medium sized luggage and one-carry on for the tour.If you have additional luggage, the cost per luggage is $30.

The price of $159 only includes the bus transportation and the hotel accommodations for this tour.
It does not include the admission into the Skywalk or the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.
