Hi, may i enquire about all tours: if i have booked a tour package online, but the tour is not sold out or filled eventually, will the tour be cancelled last minute or will the tour still be executed? As i do want any last minute disruption to my travel plans. Thank you very much for your help!
If we confirm your reservation, it is set for departure and we guarantee your seat on the bus.
Very rarely, if ever, are tours cancelled under short notice, but we make every effort to put you on an alternate tour or assist you in any way possible if that does occur.
In certain circumstances, such as extreme weather, the tours can be cancelled for the safety of our customers.
Most tours do need a minimum amount of people in order to operate.
If there are insufficient people for the tour on your chosen date of departure at the time of booking, we send you a notification that the tour is subject to re-confirmation until more passengers join the tour.
We also provide you with alternative tours similar to the one you have chosen that are confirmed to depart.
We update our tours and their availability on a daily basis.
If a tour is sold out, the website will not allow you to make a purchase for that tour, and will indicate that the tour is sold out.
For bookings that are made on short notice (3-5 days before departure), even though the website does not show that the tour is sold out, it is possible that the seats are filled before your reservation is processed.
Reservations are processed on a first come/first served basis.
We do recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergencies, personal or otherwise.
Most tours are confirmed within 2 days of making a reservation.
This shuttle only permits one large luggage and one carry-on per person.
If you have two luggages, the additional fee would be $30 per extra luggage.
Please make a note when you make a reservation of how many luggages you will be brining with you.
On some departure dates, if the bus has filled capacity, you are unable to bring extra luggages because there is insufficient luggage space for all customers.

You have the option to take the Liberty Cruise on this tour on 12/30 or 12/31 of the tour dates, depending on weather conditions and the itinerary the tour guide arranges for the travel group.
Please note that the optional Liberty Cruise is only a tour around Ellis Island.
You will be able to take pictures from the boat, but this optional tour will not stop or drop-off customers on the island.
Unfortunately this tour does not go to the Premium Outlet Shopping Centers.

I am looking at booking this tour for two people on wed the 2nd January 2013. We will need to be picked up in Vegas at Ballys at 2pm. Is it possible to stay on board and depart the tour in Los Angeles on the 4th?

Just to ask whether I can request to upgrade the hotel in Las Vegas to the nearest center strip. If allowed, please let us know the list of hotel and rate.
Unfortunately we do not provide upgrades for hotels on the Las Vegas strip.
We provide such inexpensive pricing on tours because group bookings allow us to get a more economical price and pass on those savings to our customers.
We cannot upgrade the hotel reservation for only some passengers as it does not provide the same benefits as a group booking.
The hotel typically used for this tour is the Stratosphere hotel on the strip.
This hotel is 3-3 1/2 star hotel.
You may reserve a hotel closer to the strip at your own expense; however, you would need to transport yourself to/from the tour group to join the activities.
The price of the tour would stay the same as a package tour, inclusive of transportation and hotel accommodations regardless if you make your own hotel arrangements.
