If we confirm your reservation, it is set for departure and we guarantee your seat on the bus.

Very rarely, if ever, are tours cancelled under short notice, but we make every effort to put you on an alternate tour or assist you in any way possible if that does occur.

In certain circumstances, such as extreme weather, the tours can be cancelled for the safety of our customers.

Most tours do need a minimum amount of people in order to operate.

If there are insufficient people for the tour on your chosen date of departure at the time of booking, we send you a notification that the tour is subject to re-confirmation until more passengers join the tour.

We also provide you with alternative tours similar to the one you have chosen that are confirmed to depart.

We update our tours and their availability on a daily basis.

If a tour is sold out, the website will not allow you to make a purchase for that tour, and will indicate that the tour is sold out.

For bookings that are made on short notice (3-5 days before departure), even though the website does not show that the tour is sold out, it is possible that the seats are filled before your reservation is processed.

Reservations are processed on a first come/first served basis.

We do recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergencies, personal or otherwise.

Most tours are confirmed within 2 days of making a reservation.

Hi Martha:

The hotels we use 90% of the time for any of our tours are listed on the itinerary.

For this tour, it would be a Days Inn or a Best Western (3-star hotels), depending on availability on travel dates.

Typically the hotel for this tour is not located within Washington D.C., but approximately 30 minutes outside of the city.

Unfortunately we cannot confirm hotels until a reservation has been made.

Once you have arrived to your hotel for the night, you are free to roam around or do as you wish.

Please consult with your tour guide on tour for available free-time opportunities and for local attractions you can visit.

Tours departing next week are still available and will continue as scheduled.

Hi Amanda:

If you start the tour in Las Vegas, you would need to depart in Los Angeles.

This tour would not return to Las Vegas after the overnight stay in the Grand Canyon, as the tour will go straight to Los Angeles on the third day.

The availibility of the tour starting in Las Vegas depends on the number of passengers booked for that starting point on specific travel dates.

Once you make your reservation, we will be able to confirm if on your travel dates, the tour will start from Las Vegas.

Please note that during the winter months, it is more likely for the tours to depart first from Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a timed itinerary for the tour as it depends on weather and traffic.

Please refer to the pick-up locations under the Easy Book section of the tour page, as they are also the drop-off locations.

In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Currently the weather in the Grand Canyon during the winter months ranges between 40-60 degrees Farenheit.
