The theme park tickets are not included in our $355.00 price, but when making the reservation step 3 on the easy book you will select to include the admission fees that will be $160.00 per person.

Please look at the complete list below to see what is included and excluded in the tour package price:

Package Includes

  • Complimentary airport pick-up (9:00am-10:00pm) and drop-off
  • 5-night hotel accommodations
  • Ground transportation in air-conditioned tour coach
  • Professional tour escort

 

Package Excludes

  • All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges
  • Optional tours (Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office.):
    -Las Vegas Night Tour $25/p;
    -Helicopter with Colorado River Boat Ride $190.00/p
    -Skywalk admission $32/p
    -Las Vegas Jubilee Show: $85.00/person
  • -West Canyon Adm., Dinner, Breakfast and Wagon Ride: $89/p (This must be paid on tour)
  • Theme Park tickets are excluded. Local agency will NOT arrange transportation service to the theme park unless tickets are purchased when booking online.
  • Service fees for tour guide (min. $7.00/day per person)

Q:
 We r a group of abt 10 people Planning to take dec 26 tour, on the 6th day which is new year eve, what time will the tour end ? Where will be our last stop before heading back to hotel and Can we not head back to hotel and drop off in time square for the countdown? Can we request to be picked up after even if we hv to pay extra? Need 1 extra night of hotel near JFK. Any recommendations. Preferably with free shuttle to JFK. Lastly, if the departure on the last day is at 4pm, can we still follow the tour for that day and be drop off in between or we should not follow the tour?

Hi Lin:

If you wish to take this tour December 26, 2012 it will end January 2, 2013.

This tour concludes in New York where guests can schedule their flights to depart from a NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 6:45 PM.

If you want to end your tour at Chinatown, New York instead of airport, you need to make a comment when you make reservation so that we have enough time to prepare and arrange.

We do offer Comfort Inn JFK Airport hotel, guests receive complimentary transportation including an airport shuttle (available 24 hours)

 What if we visit Baltimore National Aquarium while the tour bus takes others to the fort McHenry, in the same time frame? Also let us know the time frame within which the Fort will be covered.

Hi Parimita:

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm the timing that the bus tour will spend at the Fort McHenry, as the tour guide makes adjustments to each tour, as necessary.

In addition, you would need to speak to your tour guide while on tour about leaving the tour for any length of time, as the routing may change, based on weather and traffic conditions while on tour.

However, it is not recommended, and the average time spent at the Fort is not enough time to transfer to the aquarium and back. The usual amount of time spent at McHenry Fort is approximately 1-1.5 hours.

For this tour, each passenger is allowed to bring one medium sized luggage and one carry-on.

You can choose to end in Washington D.C.; however, we will need to confirm the itinerary of the tour for your desired departure date.

The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
