We would like to extend 1 night at the hotel for tour :2-604. How much is the rate for Holiday Inn Express Hawthorne. As this tour ends on the 31 Dec. So, we need to extend a night on 31 Dec and check out on 1 Jan 2013. 2 q rooms for 4 adults and a child. Please quote before we make final decision. ALso, this tour has an offer of buy 2 get 1 free. How do we know the final total amount of the entire tour for 4 adults and a child with extension night at the end of tour?

Our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion is applicable on a shared room basis.

The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.

For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.

Price Breakdown:

1:2 Adult Tikcets + 1 Chid Ticket

2:2 Adult Tickets

Total Amount = $1,696.00

For the hotel extension, you will have to wait to book a hotel extension until the night of 1/2, as we do not currently have extensions in the area available for 12/31 or 1/1 at this time.

I see this tour :2-5838 has a special offer which is buy 2 get 1 free. Why the calculation of the total amount doesn't show the special offer discount for the third person?

The buy 2, get 1 free promotion is based on a shared room basis.

This means that if 3 people share one room, the 3rd person will be free for the tour, except any applicable admission fees.

The tour code:2-5838 is not available on the arrival at LAX on 25 Dec. Do you have any tour similar to this tour - going to skywalk grand canyon, las vegas, palm spring outlet, universal studios, hollywood starting 25 Dec and ending on 31 Dec? so I can catch my early flight in the morning to phoenix on 1 jan 2013.

Is credit card accepted as payment for theme parks..?

All optional admission costs and service fees for your tour guide must be paid in cash, as your tour guide does not carry a credit card machine while on tour.

In addition, the tour guide will go to the box office to pay for the entire group at once to ensure your group arrives and departs together.

Credit card payments at these locations would take too much time with a bus of up to 60 passengers.

Unfortunately, this tour is not available in December, as the Winter months make it difficult or impossible to pass many of the areas covered on tour by motor coach.

Hi, I think about joining this tour beginning of May 2013. What would you say are you usually busy in May so you don´t have to cancel the tour? I´d love to start the tour around May 4th. Can you tell me on which days the tour normally starts? My last question the tour starts and ends in Las Vegas,right!? Stefanie

Yes, this tour is a very popular tour that tends to sell out.

This last Yellowstone season, we did not cancel any Yellowstone date due to low enrollment. All departures were sold out.

We recommend making your reservation for Yellowstone as far in advance as possible.

This tour does have an option of ending in Las Vegas; however, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation, as that will need to be reconfirmed while processing your order.

However, this tour normally ends in Los Angeles, with drop off service at LAX airport.
