All of the rooms booked on a reservation come standard with two double beds.

Unfortunately we will be unable to honor your request to have 5 passengers in one room.

The maximum number of people in a room is 4, including children and babies.

Fire hazard safety laws do not permit for more than 4 people to be accommodated in one room.

We cannot guarantee that the hotels on this tour will have baby cribs if you are in need of one.

You will need to speak to the hotels directly while you are on tour.

For your group of 5 passengers, it is necessary for you to book a reservation with two rooms.

You would be eligible for the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion on one of the rooms if you book the child as the 3rd person person in that room.

The baby would have a reserved seat on the bus if you wish to bring a car seat on board.

Yes, for Saturday departures this tour goes to Niagara Falls first and then to New York on the last day of the tour.

Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will end your tour in New York so that we may confirm this drop off arrangement with your tour guide.

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm the hotel used on tour until after we receive and process your order.

However, the hotel most often used in the New York area is the Holiday Inn and is usually located in New Jersey, not New York.

If you plan on staying longer in New York, we suggest booking your hotel near the airport of departure.

Yes, this tour offers pickup in the LA area (including Irvine); however, this tour does not return to the LA area.

This tour offers drop off at the Salt Lake City airport.

Flights are not included in the tour and are at the expense of the customer.

We suggest booking a longer tour that does offer a return to LA.
