Are these tours targetted for the Asian market? I notice many reviews indicating high numbers of asian passengers make communications for english passengers difficult/impossible. Is there any way of knowing the number of english speaking passengers aboard? Multi-lingual is fine but no-english makes communication impossible.

This tour is a bilingual tour, conducted both in English and Chinese.

Our tours are popular among the Asian community but they are open to everyone.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the amount of English speakers on tour but we do get English speaking customers often.

The time spent at the different attractions/ highlights varies depending on factors such as weather, traffic, and schedule adherence.

Generally, the tour will endeavour to spend about 15-20 minutes at the Hoover Dam, and about 2 hours at the Death Valley stops.

Hi Kumari:

Transfers in from JFK, LGA and EWR will be provided for arrivals on the first day of the tour coming in from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Accomodations are included starting from the first day on the tour.

The tour's 01/02/2013 start date will include accomodations for the night of 01/02/2013.

Hi Ckumari:

Booking the tour for the 01/02/2013 start date would allow them to end the tour on 01/06/2013. You can book them flights arriving JFK, LGA or EWR arriving anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on 01/02/2013 and we can arrange transfer services in from JFK, LGA and EWR for your parents.

On the last day of the tour, they can arrange any flights departing from BUF back to your home city airport flying out 1:30 pm or later.

However, we recommend receiving confirmation for your tour departure prior to making flight arrangements for the tour.

Confirmation of the tour usually takes 1-2 business days to receive after making your reservation online in the easy book section of the tour webpage.
