Q: how if i have paid the tour package, and then the tour being canceled due to the number of participants is inadequate? can i have my money back? thanks for your information.

Yes, if the tour is cancelled by the tour provider due to lack of participants you would be due a full refund or you can decide to reschedule the tour to a different, confirmed date.We also highly recommend travel insurance, especially during the winter months to ensure your travel needs are covered in case of emergency:

Q: Hello, I am considering to book 2-607. It said that we will travel back to LA the last day and then transfer to LAX. Can we end the tour in LA instead of LAX? If yes, where will they drop us off in LA? I want to visit Hollywood but it seems like where we are staying in LA is very far from there. Therefore, I would like to know if they will drop us off close to a subway station or downtown so I can book a hotel in the downtown area. Thanks. View answers (1) A: |

On some occassions, it is possible to end the tour in Downtown LA instead of LAX.
When making your reservation online, please leave a comment in the "comment box" section that you would like to end the tour in Downtown LA instead of LAX and we will try our best to confirm that for you.
The drop-off location would be the Chinatown Senior Citizen Center at 600 N. Broadway.
