Hi Fahmida Zaman:

Unfortunately, this tour is not yet updated with pricing or availability for 2013.

However, this tour usually starts in early May each  year.

The start date of the tour is based on weather forecasts of when spring will begin and large motor coaches will be able to pass through the areas on this tour.

If it warms enough by April, this tour may be offered.

This tour should be updated by January with availability.

Please click the following link if you would like to be notified when this tour is available online:

Q:
Hi, Could you please specify the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" for me? I read the comment under the section pricing but I sitll do not understand that. Does that mean buy 2 rooms get 1 free or buy for 2 people get the third person free? And how would you need to book it then? When I entered the information I couldn't see any discount or free entry (I entered it either way of the two described above). So please specify in as much detail as possible. Oh and when we book now for this Saturday. When do we get to know whether the tour will work out as planned / whether it gets cancelled as too few people registered? Thanks!

Hi Laura:

The "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion applies when three passengers are traveling in one room.

The third passenger travels for free in regards to transportation and hotel accommodation.

To receive the promotion, you must make a reservation with 3 passengers in one room.

The tour price in the "easy book" section will automatically reflect the promotion price.

If you make a reservation for this tour at least one week in advance, you are guaranteed your seats on the bus.

It is rare that these tours do not have enough people to depart; they usually sell out instead of not having enough passengers to depart.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Tong Lay King:

Unfortunately, weather conditions make it unsafe for tour coach buses to travel to Yosemite during the winter time.

As mentioned on the tour page, Yosemite will be replaced with Monterey Bay 17 miles during the winter.

Please provide the tour codes for the tours you wish to have compared.

Thank you for your inquiry.

5-Day Standard U.S. East Coast Bus Tour: Washington, D.
Shelvin

Q:
Hi, I understand that this tour will bring us to a few tour attractions. For instance, when the bus arrives Empire State Building, it is optional for us to go up there or to stay, am i right? Since under your pricing info, the tour fee does not include the admission ticket fare to Empire State Building, I presume the bus will only stop at the destination, for those who wants to go up to the observatory deck they can go lining up, for those who doesn't, they will wait in the bus? If that's the case, would you advise if I just purchase tickets online, and go on my own after the tour ends? I do note that there will be time constraint if I choose to go up to the deck during tour, I can't be letting the whole bus of people to wait for 2 hours, can I?

Hi Shelvin:

The Empire State Building is an optional tour.

There is an admission fee into the Empire State Building, and it is an optional tour.

You have the option of not taking that optional tour.

If you wish to take a tour of the Empire State Building, purchasing your own tickets online, you would need to do it once you are no longer on tour.

While you are on tour, you are not allowed to bring or use pre-purchased tickets for the attractions.

The tour guide gives you a designated time and place to meet if you do not wish to take an optional tour.

The tour is on a rigorous timed schedule. In order for the tour to run smoothly, all passengers must meet where the tour guide advises and at the time the tour guide mentions.

The tour guide cannot be held responsible if you are not at the designated time and place when the tour continues.

Q:
Do you have the WiFI and restrooms in the Bus?

Hi Poorna:

We currently do not have wifi enabled buses.

There are restrooms on the bus; however, the tour bus makes stops every 2-3 hours for passengers to use restroom facilities outside of the bus.

The restroom on the bus is for emergency use only.

We discourage customers to use the restroom facilities on the bus because of the potential unpleasant odor that may be caused throughout the trip.
