WONDERING WHAT DATES IN OCT OR NOV 2013 THE TROUR IS AVAILABLE? I'M 6 FOOT 6 INCHES - WHO WILL I GO IN THE PLANES, ETC? THE GIRLS ARE MUCH SHORTER. Hi PETER:

Typically this tour has departures on a daily basis.

At the moment we do not have the updated pricing and tour schedule for 2013.

We would be unable to quote you at this time.

If you decide to book one single room for this tour, you would be accommodated in a room with two double beds.

You can also choose to make a reservation with two rooms, but the cost is typically much higher.

At this time we do not have information regarding heigh retrictions on the airplane.

Typically if you are able to fly comfortably on a commercial airplane, the private plane used for this tour is also designed in the same manner.

Please check back with us during late January next year for our update tour dates for 2013 to better be able to answer your questions.

Are these tours appropriate for children and/or seniors?

Hi Bob:

Yes, this tour is family-oriented and appropriate for most ages. In general, this tour is not strenuous.
Some tours will involve 3 flights of stairs on and off the helicopter; however, that is as strenuous as this
tour gets. However, it varies from person to person and each child’s attention span will differ.

For older customers, please make sure you are in good health before flying. If you have any health
problems we should be aware of, please leave a note in the comments section of your online
reservation so we can make sure your tour guide is aware of your situation.

Parents know their children better than anyone and whether they will be able to enjoy the tour or
if they will become easily distracted. Please keep that in mind when deciding whether this tour is
appropriate for your child.

Hi Maria:

We do not currently offer pickup service in either area for this tour. At this time, the closest pickup
location will be the Scenic Airlines Terminal at the McCarren airport. If you are on the South end o fthe
strip, you can either have pickup service at the Mandalay Bay or at the airport directly, as they are
similar in distance.

Hi Eddie:

For any helicopter or airplane tours, there are weight restrictions for the tours, as the aircraft can only
handle so much weight per flight.

Due to this fact, anyone over 275lbs will be charged an additional surcharge which varies per tour.

Please contact our customer service department directly or leave a note in the comment section of your
online reservation with your weight and we will be able to confirm the additional charge for the tour
you are interested in.

assistance, please speak to your hotel front desk or concierge, as they can help you contact your local
tour office for reconfirmation of your tour. This will also ensure that you are given any up-to-date
information about your tour departure, weather information, or changes to the pickup time.

What happens if I get there for my tour and the weather is bad?

Hi Viv:

Flights are occasionally cancelled due to inclement weather, such as, high winds, low clouds, rain, or
snow. However, we try to remain up-to-date about weather changes in the area and notify customers as
far in advance as possible if their tour is cancelled.

Also, customers who have their tours cancelled due to weather issues will be offered a reschedule for
their tour, either later the same day or a different day.

If we are unable to accommodate you because the bad weather persists, we will offer a full refund for
your reservation cost.
