Q: As you say the check-in on the first night for the hotel is 3pm, if we arrive to Newyork by morning 10 am (picked up by 9am to 10pm free service), where will we be staying till 3 pm with our baggages?

If you have pickup service at 10am, the tour guide will transfer you to the first nights' hotel for the tour.Hotel check-in will not begin until 3pm.
You can ask the front desk staff or your tour guide for storage of your luggge until hotel check-in begins.
This will allow you to have free time until hotel check-in.

Yes, you can bring your 1 year old infant on this tour; however, they will need to remain in a parent's lap throughout the tour, as they will not have a reserved seat on the tour bus.Yes, strollers can be brought on this tour, as well.
However, all strollers must be able to fold down and fit in the storage area of the bus.
There are currently no extra charges for strollers on tour, unless your tour departure date has a full storage area at that time.
Charges of $30.00 extra storage fees may apply.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will bring a folding stroller on tour with you and we will be more than happy to help you with all of your touring needs.

Unfortunately you would not be able to stay in one room if you have 4 adults and 1 child.
State law only permits a maximum of 4 people per room, and that includes children and babies, per safety fire hazard laws.
To receive the "Buy 2, get 2 free" promotion, there has to be only 4 people in one room.
For a reservation with five people, the price is as follows:Price Breakdown:
1 : 2 Adult Tickets + 1 Child Ticket = $960.00
2 : 2 Adult Tickets = $960.00
Total Amount = $1,920.00

You will have free time in Las Vegas the day you travel from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
The travel time from Los Angeles to Las Vegas is approximately 4-6 hours, depending on weather and traffic.
As soon as you arrive in Las Vegas in the afternoon, you will be able to visit the premium outlets located on the Las Vegas Strip.
