Hi, I have a question regarding people who arrive into NY a day earlier than the tour starts. Where are we to meet up with our tour group, the place and time? Would I have to show up at EWR, LGA or JFK to meet everyone? Or where is the time and place to meet up on day 1 of the tour? Thank you..Liz.
If you arrive one day before the tour, you have several options to choose from to join the tour:
1) You can meet your tour guide at one of the local NY airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) at a designated point and time on the first day of the tour, regardless if you came in by flight.
The tour guide will still transfer you to the first night's hotel.
2) Since there are no activities on the first day of the tour (except to pick-up arriving guests from the airport), you can self transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage. (Please carry valuables.)
You can arrange your own day and explore the city as you wish (providing your own transportation).
You would need to get back to the local agency by 4:30pm for a tour guide to transfer you to the first night's hotel.
3) You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on your own, which is usually located in Newark, NJ.
The first night's hotel is confirmed until after the reservation is confirmed.
Why is there an attributes price added to the total amount? Does this relate to the "Buy 2 get 1 free" option? We are only interested in a package for two people.
Hi, would you be able to tell me how long each tour visit would be, for ex. how long will we be at the empire state building/white house/niagara falls. The optional tours that we see, are they all mandatory? Also, what time in the evening will we leave to check in our hotels?
The exact time that you will be at a location is not available because the itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions or traffic.
Typically you spend around 30 minutes to 1 hour at each attraction, depending on the attraction.
You spend an adequate amount of time at each location to provide all passengers with ample photo opportunities.
You can expect to be in Niagara Falls for at least 4 hours.
The optional tours that are listed on our website are not mandatory, but we do recommend that you participate in all of them.
All these excursions are combined with the tour package in order to provide everyone a tour with different activities and locations to sightsee to maximize your tour experience.
The price per person on this tour is of $758 as long as there are two passengers traveling in the same room.
You can qualify for the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion if you make a reservation with at least three people traveling in the same room.
The total price for three passengers would be $1,602.
At the time of booking, full payment is required for one reservation.
If you wish for all passengers to pay separately, we suggest choosing your payment method as Paypal, and each passenger will be able to pay for their own part of the tour.
Please note and review the pricing section for more additional details on what the package includes and excludes:
Hi, there's two of us planning to go,
We are both students and we aren't America's citizen.
I wonder that will we need to apply for visa,or will it be okay to just bring our passport and I-94!
Hi,
1. what is the different between this tour and the #46-2966 (which cost $398, instead of $368?
2. At the departure day, can the pick be arranged to specific hotel (Manhattan area) instead to the airport?
Thanks.
Both are similar tours. They both go to the same locations but on different bus routes and they stay at different hotels.
The hotels are 3 - 3 1/2 star hotels.
Unfortunately these tours do not pick up at hotels in Manhattan.
You can self-transfer to the first night's hotel (typically located in New Jersey), or you can meet your tour guide in Chinatown, Manhattan, NY at a designated point and time (for tour # 46-2966)
If you do not arrive by flight and wish to make a reservation for this tour, please leave us a note in the comment section when making a reservation that you would like to be picked up in Chinatown, Manhattan, NY.
What is the last site we will see in Boston? We would like to leave the tour from there and rent a car at the nearest point to where the last site visit in Boston. We will note that in comments when making our reservations.
