I'm interested in your 6 Days Yellow Stone and Mt. Rushmore package from Denver. I would like to know if we arrive to Denver Airport by 11:49 am instead of 11:30am , can you wait for us or not? Thanks.

Hi Wai Wai:

If your flight arrives after 11:30am, you would be unable to use the complimentary transfer to the hotel on the first day.

The tour bus leaves promptly at 12:00pm from the airport, no exceptions since the customers who arrive before 11:30am will be given a tour, not going directly to the hotel first.

You would need to find your own transportation to the Hotel VQ if your flight arrives after 11:30am.

if we get into the airport early sat morning and get picked up at by the tour at 9am is there early check in at hotel or do we leave luggage on bus and roam around?

If you arrive at NYC between 8:00am and 4:30pm, our local agency can accommodate your luggage.

Please self transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage. (Please carry valuables.)

You can arrange your whole day by your own. Please get back before 4:30pm for a transfer to hotel.

If you choose to be transferred to the hotel, please note that check in time is at 3:00PM

The tour you are inquiring of is only a shuttle bus between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

It will not visit any attractions nor make any stops to tour anywhere.

This shuttle bus takes the most direct route to San Francisco on the 5 Freeway.

if we plan on flying home from EWR on the last day at 545pm would we need to get our own transportation to the airport?

This tour drops off at the local NY Airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) at the end of the tour.

However, you must book your flight after 6:45pm.

We cannot guarantee that you will catch your flight that departs at 5:45pm.

This tour usually arrives in NYC anytime between 4pm - 6pm, depending on weather and traffic, which is why we urge all passengers book a flight departing no earlier than 6:45pm.

Please ensure you inform us when booking if you are travelling with infants 2 years or younger by placing the number of infants and their dates of birth in the comments section when booking online.

Do not book them as part of the reservation.

Price for a child applies when a 3-9 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.

There are no discounts for having a child under the age of 3 on tour since the child is not paying for any of the transportation or attractions of the tour.

There are no further discounts for this tour.

As stated on Day 1 of the tour itinerary:

Airport pick up is available for: EWR, JFK, or LGA airport. For the best service, please choose EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport).

The free pickup is from 9:00am to 10:00pm (at any of the airports listed above) on the first day of the tour.

We highly recommend you to call us or the local tour provider for another pick-up when your flight is late.
