Q: hi, i understand that there's a difference between the budget tour and the super value tour by way of caverns(shenandoah or virginia/luray), hotel accomodations and either the lost sea boat ride or the incline tram ride. The budget tour offers scenic highlights of Shenandoah, and Day 1 hotel accomodation in Virginia.
The Lost Sea Boat ride will not be available this year on the budget tour. The incline tram will be an activity in Tennesse.
The are no stops in Nashville or Pigeon Forge.

6-night hotel accommodations are included in the $488.00 per person.
All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals are not included however, you have the option to pay for meals at restaurants that the tour guide will arrange the meals stops at.

Q: We are interested in the 3-day Yosemite Park Tour. The description says that you will have independent time as well as time for group things. An itinerary, even a general one, is not available on your website. Could you please provide more information about when the free time would be, what the group things would be & when? An itinerary would also help confirm departure and arrival times in San Francisco which would be helpful for booking hotels & flights surrounding this tour. I am also wondering about whether the tour guide will lead hikes and/or facilitate forming of groups. I will be traveling with a friend, but she does not hike, so I would be interested in teaming up with others so that I'm not on the trail alone. Is that something the tour guide would normally do? Included below is the tour schedule for the 3 day package you are interested in. Times are approximate and subject to change.
Day 1
6:00-6:45 am Pickup out hotel.
11:00 AM Arrive in Yosemite with guided sightseeing including El Capitan, Half Dome, and the Yosemite Falls.1:00-5:00 PM Sightseeing at leisure
Day 2
Full day of independent sightseeing.
Day 3
Morning Free
1:30-4:00 pm Sightseeing with guide and group. Includes an option for hiking to see the Giant Sequoias.
4:00 pm depart for San Francisco
9:00 pm Arrival back to San FranciscoPlease note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
A more detailed itinerary will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.
Pickups can be arranged out most major downtown San Francisco, or Fisherman's wharf hotels.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
If the routing is followed for your departure as shown on the tour's itinerary description on Day 1 you will go straight to Grand Canyon West and stay overnight.
Arrival to Grand Canyon will be in the evening after 7pm.
On Day 2 after breakfast and activities you would get to Las Vegas in the evening after 6pm.
If the routing is changed, where the first night is spent in Las Vegas, arrival to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon will not usually be until afternoon of day 2 on the tour.
The order of the itinerary will usually be confirmed about 1 week prior to departure.

1. For the first nights stay The Sleep Inn or something similar with 3 stars will be provided.
2. The tour guide will arrange various stops along the tour to stop for meals and breaks.
You will be responsible for all your own personal expenses including meals and water.
3. The Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer would apply if you booked 9 guests in 3 rooms.

After you make the reservation we usually confirm it by the end of the day or the next morning.This tour is very popular, cancellation would not be a problem.
The capacity of most tours (2 or more days) for a standard commercial coach is between 50 to 60 people. An average group is usually comprised of about 40 people.
We do not give parking information, you will have to find out if there are any parking structures near the pick up location.
The Maid of the mist boat ride usually starts operation in April, but this will depend on the ice conditions in the river.
Please note maid of the mist is not included in the tour package price it is an additional $15.50/per adult.
