Please note that the tour's routing is subject to change until about 2-3 days prior to departure. If you intend to leave the tour at Niagara Falls, please leave a note in the comment section in the check out box so we can better try to arrange the tour routing to allow you to end in Niagara Falls.
If you chose to leave from NY we usually get back to Chinatown by around 7:00pm-7:30pm & Flushing during 8:00pm-8:30pm.

The tour offers airport transfers in from JFK, LGA and EWR on the first day. You can also choose to take a shuttle from Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) at 4:30 pm that will transfer you to the hotel booked for the tour's first night.
Pick-up service for JFK, LGA and EWR airports at 9:00am-10:00pm (Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm). For the best service, please choose EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport).
*For customers who arrive earlier and want to meet the tour at the airports, please refer to the following meet points: JFK - Terminal # 7 "Hudson News" newsstand EWR - Terminal A United Airlines LGA - Terminal B United AirlinesIf you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day,we transfer to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area; ***You can choose either airport pickup on the departure day or prior to the departure day, not both.

Regarding payment for reservations, most all the information required would be of the card holder. You will also have to provide the travelers information including emergency contact information when placing your reservation online. Please note that additional verification doucumentation may be required to finalize orders, but all the travelers need to join the tour is a printout of their e tickets and their I.D.s

Q: I am going to take this tour in August 2014.. (Im starting to plan my trip now) I will be in NY for a week before this tour. 1. Where in NY do we stay on the first night? 2. Can I be picked up from my hotel around time square to join the half day special city tour, including visiting the 911 memorial ( Walking in the old Brooklyn bridge and enjoy the Manhattan panorama, free shopping in the famous brand discount store and large appliances supermarket, then we will transfer you to the hotel for rest. 3. on our return to NY after 7.30pm, I dont have a flight booked until the next morning.. I will book a hotel near the airport. Is it possible to be dropped off at this hotel rather than the airport? 4. What do we do at night every night? 5. Is there a place we can have drinks, dance , live band music etc entertainment? 6. In the morning what time do we board the bus? Is there time for breakfast/coffee? How long iand what stretch is the longest times spent sitting down in the bus? and last but not least.. 7. Is this tour one that drives by attractions and you need to take pictures through a bus window (blink and you will miss) or do we get off to take proper pictures as I have heard these types of tour are only drive by's which i hope not.. thanks Lesley View answers (1) A: |

At the moment the operating dates do not have August 2014 you may check back in Oct-Dec 2013 for availability and prices for August 2014.1. Hotels currently used for the first night of the tour are:
Sheraton/Hilton/Doubletree/Radisson/HotelSomerset/CrownePlaza/Courtyard/Hilton Garden/Holiday Inn or similar.
2 If you do not wish to be picked up from the airport or self transfer we do offer to pick up at Chinatown (87 Bowery st. #202, New York 1002) before 6:00pm.
3. The tour ends with transfers to JFK, EWR, and LGA airports. We advise you select a hotel closer to any of the three mentioned airports that offer free shuttle service.
4. The sightseeing activities are scheduled during the day, with a dinner stop arranged at night ending the day at the hotels booked for the package.
5. You can spend your time at leisure after the day's activities, but the additional expenses will be at the your own cost. The nightlife available will vary depending on the hotel's locations, and you might have to travel a good 30-40 minutes to get to the larger city centers for more entertainment options each night.
6. You will have time for breakfast each morning, but not always out of the hotels that you stay at the night before. You will have to check with your hotel if they have complimentary breakfast for you if not it will be at your personal expense. Departure times out of the hotels each morning on tour can be as early as 6-7:00 am. The longer drive times can span from 6 to 7 hours, but the guide will always schedule rest and snack stops every 2-3 hours.
7. You will have time to take pictures and view the landmarks, as you will sightsee on foot for most of the package's major locations.

The JFK Space Center is available for the date you would like to go however, there is a minimum of 6 people required for the tour and if you have less than 6 people, there are alternative theme parks for you to choose from.
