Q: I am organizing a short vacation for me and my family to New York in June. We are interested in this tour but are concerned about the hotel accommodations pre and post tour. In the "add a hotel extension" area of this website says that "in some cases we can pick up from some extension hotels". Can you tell me from which hotels can you pick up us, and also if you drop us off to the same hotel on the last night of the tour? Thanks

The hotels below are some of the accommodations we can arrange pickups from, but are usually only available when booked in conjunction with tours that offer airport transfer services.
Double Tree by Hilton EWR (Sheraton EWR)
Ramada Plaza Hotel Newark Intl Airport
For the 3 day tours, we are unable to arrange pickups out of hotels booked as extensions, but we do recommend you book the Howard Johnson Flushing hotel due to its close proximity to the 3 day tour's Flushing pickup location.

Your tour guide will inform you if and when you need to bring your luggage on the bus dependent on whether or not you will be staying at the same hotel each day.For your departure on day 3, you will not be able to leave your luggage at the hotel booked near the NYC area, as you will be staying at another hotel closer to Washington D.C.
There is 1 bathroom and 2 double beds to each hotel room for the occupants of the room.

We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.
There is a different Hotel each night of the tour.
We recommend unloading and keeping your luggage during your night's stay and stowing away your luggage in the luggage compartment on the bus while sightseeing. During your sightseeing, your luggage will be locked up and secured in the luggage compartment on the bus.
There is a small possibility of having a different bus, but it is generally the same tour bus used on the trip.
