Q: We would like to reserve the tour 82-5374 before booking air fares from Vietnam. I am wondering which destination (Newark, JFK, or LGA) is close to the hotel we are going to stay on the first night of the the trip so that we could take some more rest after a long way from Vietnam. Your feedback would be appreciated

The 1st nights Hotel is usually confirmed prior to departure.
You will be picked up from the airport and transported to the first nights hotel.
The tour's accommodations for the first night is generally located near the EWR airport area.
Details on the accommodations arranged for the first night will be available about 1 week prior to the tour's departure date.
You will be transported free of charge from either JFK, LGA, or EWR.

If you do not have a flight on the departure day, please go to Red Roof Inn or Best Western Grosvenor at 8:50am for the city tour or go to 391 Sutter Street Suite #504 San Francisco, CA 94108 at 10am.

After making a reservation we can usually confirm within 24-48 hours.
There is a maximum of 60 passengers per bus.
If there were not enough passengers to launch the tour you would be notified prior to departure and an alternative would be offered.

Transfers are included for arrivals into SFO airport on the first day of the tour arriving anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11:00am to be able to join the complimentary San Francisco sightseeing on day 1.
The first nights hotel information will be provided upon confirmation of you reservation.

We usually get back to Chinatown during 7:00pm-7:30pm & Flushing during 8:00pm-8:30pm, but there may be 30-45min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.

Q: 2 passengers travelling to USA January 2014, thinking of taking the three day tour which includes Niagara Falls: 1. Is there a tour to niagara at this time of the year? (It is the only time can travel as it is summer time in Australia) 1. Will they still be able to go on the mist at that time? 2. If not will they still need to pay $15.50 for the observation deck ?
