No, you do not need to fill out the profile page in your account.You can make a partial payment for your tour, however please keep in mind, your tour is not confirmed until full payment has been received. So your seats are not secured with a partial payment.
It is best to make full payment at the time you place your reservation so that your tour confirmation process can begin.

Yes, you can select a different drop-off location from specified locations.

The Thousand Islands cruises usually start operation late April until November each year.We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.

We only pick-up and drop-off at the selected locations.
The closest drop off location to Hollywood is the Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012. You can arrange for a drop off location which is different from your initially selected pickup point. Simply request this in the comments section when placing your order online.
Each traveler can bring 1 large piece (airline standard sized) of "check in" luggage and 1 carry on (back pack sized)

After pick-up reach BC Ferry 9:00AM
Victoria 10:30AM - 5:00PM
Butchart Gardens 2hours in between Victoria
Richmond 6:00PM - 6:30PM
The closest pick-up from the Best Western Plus Sands is 6:45AM at Chinatown 50 East Pender St, Vancouver and will take about 20 minutes to get to by public transportation.

Q: I know that you have answered a question about tour guide language. You said that your tours are typically conducted in English. Are tour 2-130 and 2-604 conducted in Chinese and English? I want to buy this tour for my parents who only understand Chinese and I will go with them and I understand English better. Will there be Chinese and English speaking tour guides in the same bus?
