4-Day Big Apple Leisure Tour (With Airport Transfers)

I am thinking to start the tour on 23.5.13 with one night extension on 22.5.13. What is the itinerary for the first day of the tour? Can I arrange the airport pick up on 22.5 instead on 23.5 and transfer us to the time square area. I am also interested in the one day fly to Nigara Fall and if there is no particular itineray on the first of the tour 23.5, then I would go to the Nigara tour.

Hi Rachel :

If you make a hotel extension with us on the night of 5/22, we would be able to provide an airport pick-up for you on the day of 5/22.

Unfortunately we do not contract with hotels in the Manhattan/Times Square area.

If you make your own hotel reservations in Manhattan, you would need to provide for your own transportation to your hotel from the airport.

Please note that typically the hotel we use for the first night of the tour is located in Newark, NJ.

The first day of the tour is solely to pick-up guests from the airport.

The tour would not start until day 2, so in essence day 1 is free time for the customer.

The above tour only picks up from major hotels in the New York City/Manhattan area.

If you are staying in Manhattan, New York for 2-3 days and provide for your own hotel reservations, we can suggest the following tour instead:

I am 60 and not sure if I can walk for 8 hours straight without either my fee, back or both killing me before we are half way through. I was thinking of breaking it up into two days of 4 hour tours. But it seems to me that I would be doing a lot of the other stuff twice. Any Suggestions?

Hi r:

The tour does not consist of a full 8 hour day of walking.

You will receive a break of approximately two hours in order for you to have lunch.

The walking portion of the tour does not commence until after your break.

If you wish to take the tour on two different days, unfortunately you would have to pay for the tour twice, once for each day.

If you need assistance walking with a walker or a cane, you are more than welcome to bring one.

The tour will also be at a leisurely pace - you will not be forced to walk fast, and you can request to sit at any time as long as it does not impede with the entire itinerary of the tour.

Since your tour is not in the near future, we cannot guarantee the itinerary order of the tour you are inquiring about.

Typically the NY city tour is conducted on the second day after all of the passengers have arrived and are situated at the first night's hotel.

We have 13 people, is this tour valid for joining on 22 December 2013. If we are only flying out of New York on 28 December, pls recommend a hotel that the tour will bring us there on 27 December after it ended and also there is free shuttle to the airport on 28 Dec. Thank you.

In order to better assist you with your question, you will need to specify which airport you will be departing from.

We recommend making a hotel extension after the tour at a hotel close to the airport.

Airport hotels usually offer complimentary shuttles to and from the airport.

Hello, me and my friend want to join this tour on 27th of July, so first of all I was wondering if there is a tour for sure on 27th of July. The thing is we'll be at the airport at 8:30 am will you be able to pick us up from the airport to take us to the hotel and how far the hotel is from the LAX airport? Will we start the tour right away as you pick us up or will we stay in LA for a day without the tour starting? And as the last question, as me and my friend will come together I was wondering this 856 dollars is for both of our tour @@plush; Hotel price? Thanks so much
