Q: I am planning to do the tour starting on June 26th with two friends. We are flying to the US from the UK several days before the tour actually starts but would still like to make use of the airport transfers from EWR. What arrangements would be made for this? Could we just choose any time between 9am and 10pm to turn up at the airport on June 26th?

If you use our special of Buy 2 Get 1 Free, it is only applicable on a shared room basis.This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
The hotel room will come equipped with 2 double beds.

Optional tours are booked through the tour guide while you are on the tour.If you do not wish to participate in certain tour activities, you can roam around the tourist attraction as you please.
The tour guide will inform guests on the return time to the tour coach before he dismisses the group.

We offer standard hotel rooms equipped with two double beds, the rooms do not come equipped with reclining chairs.
We use a ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach.
Yes, the bus will be equipped with a restroom on board. However, this restroom is used for emergency purposes only, as the tour guide will stop every 2-3 hours for restroom and stretching breaks.
We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches, there is no wifi on board.
Meals including snacks are not included in the tour package price, but you are welcome to bring snacks with you.
We often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or International dining restaurants. Lunch time will be shorter than dinner. Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, depending on where we stay for the meal, the arrangements are made by the tour guide. The cost of each meal depends on what type of food you choose to purchase.
On average, the tours usually allows 1-2 hours for any place of interest depending on how much there really is to see at the location.
The price listed will be our price for the year. We do suggest customers to book in advance as our Yellowstone tours are very popular and do sell out.

The price listed for our tours is in US dollars.The day to day itinerary is adjustable to change, once reservation has been made we will be able to tell you the day to day schedule.
At the moment we will not ask for any picture ID, you will have to bring one along while you are on tour.

Arrival to Baltimore is usually at 1-2 pm on the 2nd day, but as the routing of the tour can change, we need to preconfirm the order of the tour to allow you to end in Baltimore.

You can choose to pay for the reservation by credit card, paypal, cash deposit, wire transfer or Money Order/ Cashier's Check/ Traveler's Check.The tour offers dates available for the end of June. We suggest booking at least a week in advance
