 Hi! I would like to join this tour together with my husband in this September. However, my son has not confirmed yet about his US visa. So, in this case , can my son ticket as free passenger is bought not in the same time as mine ? Will that still be considered free ? Or i have to buy all 3 tickets at the same time ?

You can add your son after you make your reservation but there will be a $30.00 fee to make changes to your reservation.

If he will be added on as the third person in a room for your reservation, he will not be charged any additional tour fares.

 We will be taking the tour from 10th - 15th. But we need to reach Rochester on 15th itself. So is it possible for us to catch a 5pm bus to Rochester from 3 Allen St. ? What other option do I have to reach Rochester on 15th itself apart from taking a flight ?

Tour ends in Boston Airport, New York Airport and Chinatown is 138, Lafayette Street, New York(in front of the Holiday Inn)

It will be very difficult to arrange for transportation to get from the tour endpoint locations on the last day to Rochester.

Please consider taking a 5 day tour that would allow you to end in Buffalo on the last day.  The distance between Buffalo and Rochester is just 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

 My flight reaches JFK at 7.15 am on 10th May and I think roughly it will take 1.5 hrs to get to the assembly point. So can the bus wait for us to join the tour complimentary tour which starts at 8.30 am ? Cuz if not, we will be missing it by just few minutes!

If you can arrive to the location at 8:30 then you should be able to attend the 1/2 day tour.
