Q: Hi I m a student from new jersey and my parents are visiting from overseas. My parents will be arriving on 18th of May but we are only planning to take this tour on the 31st of May. My question is that could we still schedule for a pick up service on the 18th they won't be needing a hotel. If yes how do I arrange this. We can only provide you airport pick-up on the day that your tour starts.If you book your tour for the 31st of May you will have airport pick-up that day only.
You will visit Niagara Falls during the night and during the day as well.
This tour will not be visiting the US Capitol.

Q: If we don´t choose the Airport Pick up and we choose the pick up location "Marina Food Supermarket, 10122 Bandley Dr. Cupertino, CA 95014" we both get this free SF city tour - How is that going to work out? We´ll be at that location with our baggage at 8.20 am. Will we first go to the Hotel and check in and leave our bags there or will we do the SF city tour first and get to the Hotel after? And is is possible to do the SF city tour if we chose to get picked up from the Airport? How much does it cost in that case? So if we arrive at the airport before 11am we will be picked up from the airport and have the San Francisco City tour for free. If we arrive at the airport after 11 am then we´ll still be picked up for free from the airport but we won´t be able to make the San Francisco city tour, is that correct? Thank you for your help! In order to take the free San Francisco Tour you will meet the tour guide at Marina Food Supermarket,10122 Bandley Dr. Cupertino, CA 95014 at 8:20am.
You will have your luggage with you and will be left in the bus while you take the City Tour.
After the City tour you will be taken to the hotel to check-in.
In order to join the free San Francisco Tour from the airport you will have to arrive before 11am.
Arrivals into SFO past 11:00 am will be taken to the hotel for check in, but no city tour will be provided.

Q: Hello, my daughter and I are planning on going to East Coast tour. So what we have planned so far we are thinking about staying one night prior to the day of the tour. We are picking on the 12th of June, so we will be there at the estimate on the 11th and staying at the closest hotel to the airport (we are still considering about Ramada because of the good deal!). And same goes to after the tour, since we pick the start day on the 12th, the end of the tour day would be the 17th. We are also planning to stay one more night and go back to our destination on the 18th. My question is, are we going to get charged for the days before and after the tour while staying at the hotel? Maybe my explanation is quite long but I think it will be an easy way to make you understand the idea of what we have planned. And I'm very opened to suggestions, so feel free if you have any ideas of how we could set this up. Thanks!! View answers (1) A: |

If you plan on booking a hotel extension prior to the start of your tour and after you tour ends, you willjust need to pay for your hotel extension. We suggest you book your extension at the same hotel used (subject to confirmation) for the tour's first night :

We will not charge you an additional fee for arriving early or departing late.
This tour does provide you with airport pick-up but only on the day of the tour.
If you do not wish to be picked up from the tour you will have to self transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery,
New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage (Please carry valuables) and then you can arrange your
whole day by your own. Please get back before 4:30pm for a transfer to hotel.
The tour bus will get back to New York Airport (JFK, LGA or EWR airport) and/or NYC on the last day.
Ideally, you would want to arrange your flights to fly in and out of EWR airport, as the suggested property for your extensions offer free shuttle service to and from EWR airport.

The endpoints in the NYC area are Chinatown, EWR airport, JFK Airport and LGA airport. You can also choose to end the tour early in Boston with a transfer out to BOS airport available.Please book your departure flight from NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 6:45 PM. If you are
departing from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), please book your flight after 1:00 PM.
