We 4 adults and 3 kids will be looking forward for the 3 day trip on 1st week on june. Our apartment is in hoboken. So wat will be the nearest pick up stop for your tour. As per your itinerary it says day-1 for Thousand Island(Nov -April) so wat will be the schedule for day-1 for june'2013. Kindly update us with that.

The pick-up location from Chinatown, 48 Bowery St, New York, N.Y. 10013 at 8:00am is about 11 minute drive from Hoboken.

Thousand Island is available from April-November, there was an error made on our website.

As the tour's order might vary per departure, please inform us if you have a specific order you want the tour to follow when placing your order online to allow us to try to arrange the tour accordingly for your reservation. Please note that tour routing will usually be confirmed7-10 days prior to the departure date.

Hi I have found a travel companion for one of the tours by you Code 81-216. My companion is arriving at New york only on 3rd June and we plan to take this tour on 4th June 2013. I want to know the procedure for booking the tour. Is it okay if we book the tor independently quoting each other as companion and you will book us separately for USD 132 each? Please clarify. Hi Karthikeyan:

You can book the tour together and 1 guests just pays half of the tour and once we receive your reservation we will send your travel companion an email to make their payment. 1 traveler has to initiate the booking online providing information on both herself and her travel companion. To place your travel companion reservation, simply select the share room option on step 3 in the Easy Book section in the tour's details page.

Yes, local tour operator information and emergency contact information will all be available on your E-Ticket once your tour is confirmed. You do not have to but you can definitely call us to reconfirm your reservation 24 hours prior to departure.

We arrive in Paris on July 2, 2013. But the tour starts on July 3. Can the driver/guide pick our family from our hotel or in the passenger arrival areas outside CDG?

This tour can only pick-up from the airport between 7:00am-10:00pm from CDG or ORY airports.

Simply inform us if your preferred pickup time out of CDG on the first day so we can arrange for your transfer providing you with a more specific location at the airport upon confirmation of your arranged transfer.
