Q: Hi, I plan to travel from the Muscat, Oman and stay with my relative in Washington. I plan to come sometime in July. I have a few questions which would enable me plan my trip for the US West coast. Kindly answer point by point. 1. do you also arrange a flight ticket from washington to LA at a additional cost & service. 2. Besides my spouse I have a 9 year old boy and 3 year old girl. Would 10 days be manageable or would be very hectic for us? 3. does the tour bus have rest rooms? Can you elaborate the bus facilities please in the bus. 4. would the 3 year old also require a ticket. If so will it be also full price. The pricing shows me USD 2644 for 2 adults and 2 children. Can you explain the calculation? I am expecting it to be free for my son based on the offer and child price for my kid. 5. Can I ask my relative (an US citizen) to book these tickets for us (OR) I should use only my card.

1. We do not currently provide services to provide flights for our customers.
You would need to buy your own airfare from Washington to Los Angeles to join this tour.
2. If your children are able to be seated for long travel distances, your family should be ok.
3. The tour bus does have a restroom in the back for emergency purposes only.
The tour bus will stop frequently to allow guests to stretch and get a rest break.
4. Yes, your 3 year old son would require a ticket. Children ages range from 2-9 years of age.
Any child above 9 years of age is considered an adult for this tour.
The total price for 3 adults and 1 child comes out to $2,666.
This tour has a buy 2, get 1 free promotion which has already been applied to the price.
The attributes price you see in the price refers to the admission tickets for all passengers to the theme parks for this tour.
5. You can request for a family member to purchase this tour for you; however, we may require additional documentation.
You may also book this tour online using the "Easy Book" section using your own credit card as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover logo.

If you wish to depart the tour in Montreal, please leave a note in the comment section before submitting your reservation.We need to verify if this option is available for you on your tour dates.
Some tours do not allow passengers to depart the tour in Canada because the same number of passengers must enter and leave Canada on some occassions.
We would need to be notified in advance.

For your travel dates, the only pick-up locations we have available in New Jersey is the following:8:15AM White Castle, 2995n F Kennedy Boulevard West, Jersey City, NJ
It is the closest pick-up location to Freehold, NJ.
Please refer to the following map:
On the last day of the tour, you would arrive back to New York anywhere between 7:30pm - 9:30pm, depending on weather and traffic.
Yes, you are allowed to have different pick-up/drop-off locations.
Most pick-up's in New Jersey will only drop off in Chinatown Manhattan or Flushing, NY

The attributes price shows the cost of the theme park tickets as included in the package, and added on to the tour package's base price. The theme park tickets are included in the total tour price, but not in the package base price.
Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.You will need to book 2 rooms and you may do so under the same reservation.

Q: Hi There, does this tour just drive past Lake Powell or does it stop there for a period of time - for a hike or lake cruise etc.? We are wanting to do this is tour in September 13' - do we get the choice to either lodge or camp or is it simply camping in summer & lodging in winter? Yes there is plenty of opportunities to hike around in Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon on this tour. The stop at Lake Powell will be for a brief photo stop.
Upgrade to lodging over camping will only be available for the tour starting October 31 onwards. (Winter Season) We provide all camping equipment including tents and sleeping bags and there are showers, swimming pools and hot tubs at both campgrounds free of charge for September.
