If you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between
9:00am-10:00pm for each order to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area.We will not be able to arrange a second transfer if choose the arranged early transfer, and you will
have to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night on the first day of the tour (Located in
the EWR airport area), or join the tour out of the Chinatown pickup location before 4:30 pm.Thank you for your inquiry.

Please note that the order of the tour will be variable where the first night might be arranged in Las Vegas, or at the West Rim. It would be best to try to arrange any show tickets with the tour guide, or after we have confirmed the order of the tour to allow you to schedule the show tickets for the night you will be staying at Las Vegas. If the schedule is confirmed where the second night will be in Las Vegas, arrival times back vary from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm depending on weather/ traffic conditions.

The group will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm. Guests will be dropped off at the major pick up location and hotels which were used for departures.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m. Transfers out to LAX will be offered with an estimated arrival time at the airport of 7:30 pm.

The tours offer limited departure dates per year, and have historically all departed as scheduled. In the case that the tour is canceled by the tour operator for whatever reason you will immediately be notified with a rescheduling or refund option made available.
The full amount is pre payable to allow us to hold seats for a reservation for this tour.

After booking your reservation you will have to wait till you receive confirmation and after confirmation we can inform you the exact hotel you will be staying at.We cannot confirm the exact hotel without confirmation. The usual hotels used for the reservation will be located in either La Mirada CA, Fullerton CA or Monterey Park CA.
