You can include your pickup and drop off requests in the comments section at the bottom of the payment page in the booking process when placing your order for the tour online.  We will do our best to arrange your pickup/ drop off requests, and generally are arranged out of and back to hotel locations only.

 Our group interesting in tour number 46-147 but our flight will arrive to Newark 12.01AM on Thursday June 20, 2013 (Wednesday night / Thursday morning). So what should we do?? Do you have any pick up service for us? If not could you give us some recommendation? If you have pick up service in that time, how much do we pay for you. We have 5 people. We looking forward your answer asap!! Thank you!!

Hi Kate:

We can arrange a late pickup for you for an additional $135.00 for 2 travelers.  The late pickup fee is dependent on the number of travelers requesting for a late pickup.  Alternatively, you can simply arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel confirmed for the tour's first night.  The hotel booked for the 46-147 tour is usually located near the EWR Newark airport, and the hotels used generally offers free shuttle service to and from the EWR airport.

The Grand Prismatic Spring is one of the more popular natural attractions found in Yellowstone.

The tour will visit most of the major highlight locations along the Grand Loop Road in Yellowstone as time permits.

 I want to take "6-Day East Coast: New York, Philadelphia, DC, Niagara Falls & Boston from NY (Budget Tour)" and found a travel companion on your website.. Please advice how the payment mode works (for both of us) and what if my travel companion drop off/cancels from taking the tour at a later date ? Do I have to pay for single occupancy travel/tariff in such situation ?

Hi Ramesh Bitra:

If both customers have an account with Tours4Fun, one of the guest will have to make the reservation.

When selecting rooms, please make sure you select "Share Room"

When continuing the reservation the person who is making the reservation will select "Me" and input their email address.

Then you will click where it says "Not Me" and provide the other person going on tour and provide their email address.

You will each receive an email with the payment information.

If one person decides not to go on tour the other person will then have to pay the difference as it will be a single occupany rate.
