Our buy 2 get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis.
This means that if people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
For your party of 4, if all 4 guest are sharing one room, yes you will only be paying for 3 tickets.

This tour does not offer pick up at the Radisson Inn in Buena Park.
Although, it does provide a pick up location in the Buena Park area at the Fairfield Inn Marriott 7828 Orangethorpe Ave., Buena Park, CA.
We would suggest choosing this as a pick up location if you are in the Buena Park area.

Yes, the tour will provide drop off at Jersey City at the end of the tour.
We usually get back to Chinatown during 7:00pm-7:30pm & Flushing during 8:00pm-8:30pm, but there may be 30-45min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.Thank you for your inquiry.
