Q: I noticed that we are still able to book 10/3/13 but the operating dates are listed as Apr 25 - Oct 3. Does that mean if we arrive on Oct 3, we will only have that one day to tour? Or will Oct 3 be our first day of the four-day tour and last until Sunday?

Correct, this tour is currently operating until October 3rd.
This means that October 3rd is the last date of departure, for guest who travel on 10/3 they will return on 10/6

I wish to end my tour in Las Vegas, but wish to go to the Chocolate Factory and the Botanical Cactus Gardens on the last day since both of them still in LV and you can leave me in the Botanical Gardens. Please provide your date of travel in order to better be able to quote you.
During weekend departures (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), the price is increased.
Yes, you may end in Las Vegas and partake in the excursion to the Chocolate Factory and the Botanical Gardens.
You will need to self-dismiss at those locations and find your own transportation back to Las Vegas.
Please leave a note in the comment box advising that you wish to depart the tour in Las Vegas, after the Botanical Gardens, and we will arrange accordingly.

In order to make a reservation please follow the steps in the "Easy Book" section on the tour's details page.
Full payment is required to allow us to process your reservation to confirm your space on the tour.
The tour historically has always met the minimum requirement for all it's scheduled departures each season.
Please note that order of day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date.
You can choose to end your tour early in NYC, but please leave a note in the comments section when placing your reservation online to allow us to ensure that this can be arranged on the last day of your tour.

We cannot guarantee the availability of the shows available on any particular tour date because the shows are run by a third party company in Las Vegas.
Typically the shows that are available are as follows:
- Las Vegas Jubilee Show ($83.00/person)(not allowed for children)
- Las Vegas Believe Show(Featuring Criss Angel) ($98.00/person)
- Las Vegas V Show : $73/personThe pricing and the shows are only examples. They may vary for your particular tour and tour dates.
For more information about seeing a show, we suggest speaking with your tour guide directly on the day of the tour to review your options.

Please note, this tour departs every Wednesday. The available departure dates in November are 11/06, 11/13, 11/20, and 11/27.
On day 1 of the tour we offer complimentary airport pick up between 7:00am- 10:00pm so please arrange your flight accordingly. Most flights available from the US would depart from US cities on Tuesday for a Wednesday arrival in ORL or CDG airports.

If you arrive prior to the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between 9:00am-10:00pm for each order to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area.
Currently we do not have contract hotels near time square and union square, so for that area you would need to book these accommodations on your own.
