My name is Mike and i am travelling to the West coast USA next year in August with my partner. I found your website and have found the Yellowstone and mt. Rushmore tour i would like to do, i am just wondering if you could answer some questions for me ? the tour code is 2-121 1.When will you know the tour departure dates for August 2014? 2.When i make a booking does payment need to be paid in full? 3.What restaurants are available for us to have lunch/dinner?

Dear Customer,

1. You may check for next years availability around October.

At the moment this tour is only conducted until October 2013.

2. Once you book your reservation you will need to pay it in full so we may book your reservation, we will not book your reservation until the reservation has been paid.

3. You may leave a note in the comment section when booking and we may advise but the tour guide will stop at places like food courts, restaurants places where there is variety.

What kind of buses do you use, do they have seatbelts and would it be possible to use a car seat in the bus?

We offer air conditioned tour buses they do not have seat belts so it will not be possible to bring a car seat.

If you are traveling with an infant you may put them in your lap.

Sorry I forgot to ask earlier. For 153's hotel, do we have to stay around the EWR's hotel or we can arrange to some place closer to Manhattan. Also, for the night tour, is it double duck bus or just the regular bus? Thanks.

The hotels usually booked for the tour's first night are located around the Newark New Jersey Liberty Airport area.

A large single level tour bus or mini bus will be used for the night sightseeing tour offered as an optional excursion for the first night.

I am interested in this tour, but what's the difference between 46-153 and 208-5718. 5718 is marked as a Deluxe, does that mean 5718 is better than 153? Also, for the 2nd day, how long do we have in New York? Thanks.

Both tours offer almost identical sightseeing at the same highlight locations.

Both tours will spend about the same amount of time sightseeing in NYC, but higher priced tour with tour code 46-153 offers higher quality hotels and is listed as most popular having received many positive reviews from travelers who have taken the tour.

Dear customer,

The first nights hotel will be in the Canadian side.

Hotel information will be confirmed after reservation has been made but the usual hotel booked will be the Universal Inn.

The first nights hotel will be in the Canadian side, and reservations will endeavor to arrange the hotels for this tour to be located no more than 10-15 minutes away from Niagara Falls.
