Q: we will arrive at LAX at 8.30pm from japan, would we be able to get on the airport transport to the hotel for this tour?? Can we be in a hotel where if we missed the time after 9.30pm , there will be a free shuttle to the hotel?? please help to find a hotel that can give us a free shuttle to the hotel at that late hour. thank you

Dear Customer,We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.If you arrive outside of the complimentary pick-up time, you may be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel.
Currently there is not a complimentary shuttle to the hotel.
Our best suggestion would be arrange arrival flights in between the the time frame we have specified in order to avoid additional pick-up fees.

Q: Re: Pricing of buy 2 get 2 free. I've got a question about Buy 2 Get 2 Free policy. The pricing states that "the 3rd and 4th guest joins the tour for FREE on share room basis". By "share room", does it mean that the 3rd and 4th guests will (1) share the room with the 2 guests of the same group or (2) share room with some guests taking the tour? If it is (2), do the other 2 guests have their own room? Seems obvious but I'd want to make it clear. View answers (1) A: |

Dear Customer,We would be happy to provide more information about the Buy 2 Get 2 free promotion.
The Buy 2 Get 2 free is based on a share room basis with the 4 people on your reservation only, as we do not place other groups from the tour in your hotel room.
If you require the 2 free guests to have their own room, you will not be able to take advantage of the 2 free guests as this is only if the 4 of you share 1 room.

Correct, the hotel check in time is generally after 3:00pm. This applies for guests who are self transferring or receiving the complimentary airport pick up.
There is no scheduled tour on day 1, it is primarily for the guest to arrive into Los Angeles.
If you arrive early you do have the rest of the day to plan a program for yourself and to enjoy the city.
