Q: In your itinerary for tour code 82-2350, it states "please arrange your flight from Boston (BOS) after 1.30pm". Can I clarify if the flight is scheduled to depart from BOS airport at 2pm on the last day of tour, passengers will have sufficient time for custom clearance and board the plane on time? What is the estimated timing that the tour bus will reach the BOS airport? Thanks.

Q: To whom it may concern, If I want to arrive in Vancouver a day prior to the 8-day tour, and, stay overnight at a hotel near the airport, does the airport provide 24-hour shuttle services to and from the hotel to the airport? Also, the itinerary mentions including a meal package during trip. If I decide not to include the meal package when booking the tour, will there be other options as far as restaurants in the areas to dine in?
