Dear customer, We do not offer a pick up at Penn Station you can choose to meet at JFK, LGA, EWR or Chinatown. The closest pick up location from Penn Station will be Chinatown, Manhattan. If you arrive at NYC between 8:00am and 4:30pm, our local agency can accommodate your luggage. Please self transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage (Do not leave any valuables) and then you can arrange your whole day by your own. Please get back before 4:30pm for a transfer to hotel. On the first day of the tour is scheduled only to pick up customers and transfer them to the hotel, but we do offer an optional NYC tour. NY Night Tour *Between 2-3 hours depending on traffic, tour generally start at 6:45-7:00pm (subject to availability) *Attractions visited: Time square, Brooklyn bridge, and Rockefeller Center (these attractions will not be visited during the day tour) *Dinner will not be included but customers are able to get food at their own expense when they are in Time Square. Optional NYC night tour has limited seating and may sell out. Please try to arrive before 3:30 p.m. and speak with the tour guide regarding the night tour if you wish to take the night tour. Dear customer, Hotel rooms booked on tour are standard, double rooms. Most standard hotel rooms are not equipped with microwaves or refrigerators. You can ask each location for their availability; however, any extra charges for microwave or refrigerator use will be at your own expense. Dear Customer, If you choose a hotel extension, usually you would have to arrange your own transportation back to the airport when your flight departs. However we can re-confirm this information, while processing your hotel extension. We recommend booking your extension with a hotel that offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. You can get to the hotel by complimentary airport shuttle service after being dropped off at LAX airport when the tour ends. You do not have to extend with the hotels under the Easy Book section. You can contact us by email for a quote during your confirmation process, or you may leave a note in the comment box when submitting your reservation online.
