Q: Hi, I and my friends plan to buy the buy 2 get 1 free deal. However, 1 plan is not sure yet whether she can join finally yet. I saw there's a no show fee of $100. However, if my friend decides and let you know in advance that she cancel (2 of us still take the tour), then we won't have to pay the no show free or any free right? Q: Grand canyon and Las vegas: Hi, I'd like to know if we can: (1) go on the helicopter ride (we can pay for it ourselves) at the Grand Canyon, and also, (2) watch a show of our own choice (the O show) in Las Vegas, which we will also pay for ourselves. (3) I understand the schedule of events can change. If we go on this trip in October (third week approximately) an you tell us what day of the week we should start the trip in order to watch that show in Las vegas in the weekend? Its very important that we be able to do these two things (helicopter ride in Grand Canyon and watch the O show in Las vegas). If we can, we will make the reservation immediately. Many thanks. Q: Hi. I have a few question about this tour. 1. I'd like to take this program starting from 12th Dec. Though it says this program ends at 15th Dec, that doesn't mean I can join this tour from 12th to 15th, right? 2. Please leave us a note in the comment section when booking requesting a one night hotel extension to allow us to quote the hotel extension price, as Hawaii hotel pricing changes, and the price will be based at the time a reservation is made. Q: The Boston to Niagara tour has a different pick up and drop off point at the beginning and end of the tour. The pick up is on ONE side of the very busy interstate highway, the drop off is on the OTHER side. How does one cross over this busy highway with luggage and child in tow?? 2013-09-27 00:32:55 The pickup / drop off location in Charlton is only intended for travelers who can arrange to have a vehicle/ transportation to take them there and pick them up from the locations. Travelers who have joined out of this location in the past have usually arranged for taxis, or have had family or friends take them to the pickup point and pick them up after the tour. There is no pedestrian access to the service plazas and is only accessible by motor vehicles from the turnpike.
