Could you please let me know which language the tour will be operated. I have got lots of reviews and comments regarding the language like only Chinese language has been spoke by tour guide. I have also got in consumer complaint board we site that there are lots of hidden cost included and most of the attractions need to be complete within 30 mins. Could you please let me know if there are more Chinese people than English speaking people then which language the tour will be operated ? How the seat no in the bus will be provided? Do you provide any booklet or brochures at starting time of tour so that we can understand which are the places we will be visiting? Do you said well advance if any last minute itinerary or schedule change in the tour? Thanks, Abhijit

Dear Customer, The tour is conducted bilingually in English and Chinese. The tour guide will provide the itinerary information in both languages throughout the tour. Initial seating assignments are done in the order that a reservation is made. For the following days on tour, the tour guide will rotate the seating while on tour. We currently do not offer a time framed itinerary in case of any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, etc. there is a delay but the guide will provide more details on the schedule and the sights covered each day during the tour. The tour guide will inform the guest each night of the meeting time the following morning. Below will be details regarding what the package pricing excludes. we will be travelling three adults and one children (one family 2 adults and 1 children, another one is 1 adults only). As per the price it comes $1296 for 6 day tour. Tour code is 23-2347. Could you please let me know it has been mentioned in your offer if buy 2 tickets then one will be free. So, for our case how we will be benefited? Suppose, by any reason, we failed to reach by time to the end city or airport then will you arrange the hotel for us ? And, if we don't want to return back on the end day of tour will you arrange the hotel for us (off-course we will pay for that) ? Dear Customer, Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour. With a reservation with two rooms, the offer will apply to the room booked for 3 people. The price will automatically adjust itself. If you require a hotel extension, before or after your scheduled tour, arrangement must be made beforehand. Meals are not included in the package pricing, your tour guide will arrange meal stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals. Besides going to the major locations, what does the tour consisits of during the day at these different location? Just so I can plan accordingly, and also plan on doing other things. Is there a time schedule I can look at? I haven't looked at it. Is the rates always the same? If I book later is the rates still the same. If I take the airport transfer, will it takes me to and from the airport and if not to the airport, what other location will they take me. If I plan to extend my trip, will they drop me off to my other hotel, or where will it be. Will meals be included? I want a more detailed itinerary. How confirmed is the trip? If I purchase now, will there be any cancellations? I don't want to come there and be stranded because there was any cancelltions.

Dear Customer, Currently, we do not offer a time framed itinerary if for any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, etc. there is a delay. The rates will not always remain the same. The price may vary through out the year. On day 1, we do offer complimentary airport pick up for guest who arrive between 9:00am-10:00pm. Upon arrival we will transfer guest to their first nights hotel. At the end of the tour we offer complimentary airport drop off at the Boston airport, we suggest a flight after 1:00pm. If you are returning to NYC and depart from a NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) please arrange a flight after 6:45 PM. Your interested tour will only offer complimentary drop off at one of the mentioned airport or you may also choose to end in Chinatown, NY. We will not be able to provide a drop off at your hotel. Meals are not included, your tour guide will arrange meal stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals. Once a reservation is made and we have received the full payment we will begin to process the reservation. It takes between one to two days to confirm a tour. After confirmation, tour departures are virtually guaranteed to depart and might only cancel out due to very severe weather. You can consider getting travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations. If the tour is not available or there are any changes made to a reservation we will inform the guest as soon as possible. Best Regards, Edgar Customer Service Rep
