We offer complimentary pick-up at San Diego airport, train station and major hotels Downtown San Diego. Please remark your preferred pick-up location when booking and we'll confirm with you after 24-48hrs. Dear Customer, We recommend staying with the group throughout the tour. If you wish to join the group at a different location, please leave us a clear note when making your reservation so that we can check with our local office to verify if this is possible. Currently, we are unable to provide you with a meeting point location in New York without a reservation, as we would first need your booking to verify with the local office the routing plan for your specific reservation. Dear Customer, Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour. If you wish to select two rooms for your party of four, 2 guests in each room, then the offer of buy 2 get 1 free will not apply and the price per person will be at $418.00 for non holiday departure dates. You can request a hotel extension with your reservation by clicking on the add a hotel extension button in the Easy Book section of the tour's details page, or you can mention your request in the comment section when booking and we will reply while processing your reservation. Once a reservation and full payment is received it takes between 24-48 hours to confirm the reservation.
