Dear Customer, Hotel rooms are typically designed and equipped for two travelers. They feature two double beds, which are meant to provide adequate comfort for two travelers. The 3rd person, 4th person or child must share with the 1st & 2nd travelers in the same room (2 double beds). Therefore, a confirmed departure on 12/05/2013 is available for you to book. We do not request flight information when you make the reservation for this 4-day bus tour package. However, when the tour is confirmed, we will email you and request for related flight information. Normally we do NOT suggest customers to book their flights before their tours are confirmed. If you book this tour package starting on 12/05, then 12/05 is consider as the 1st day of the tour. On this day, as long as you fly into LAX within the following service range: Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm. * International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.
