We offer the following drop off locations:
NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 6:45 PM. If you are departing from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), please book your flight after 1:00 PM.
If you want to end your tour at Chinatown, New York instead of the airport, please include a remark in the special notes section when placing your order online to allow us to arrange a drop off for you in Chinatown.

I would like to join tour to grand canyon on nov. 9 (3 persons) However, I can't reserve the tour now since my flight to SF is not confirmed yet. Is it possible that I call or book via Internet few days before the tour depart?

If you wish to make a reservation for this 4-day tour package for a party of 3, after "Buy 2 Get 1 free" discount, your total tour cost is $714.00 (=$288.00*2 + $138.00 additional surcharge/without after tour transfer). However, to take advantage of this discounted price, 3 guests will share one double room (with 2 full size beds).
This is one of our most popular tour packages. Normally we suggest customers to make their reservations as soon as they set up their travel plan. The earlier you make your reservation, the earlier we can secure your seats for you. Once we receive your reservation and the full payment, it takes us 1-2 days to complete the confirmation process.
We DO NOT suggest customers to book their flights before the reservation is confirmed.
For your information, this 4-day tour package does not provide airport transfer service. You will need to arrange your flights according to your tour information and on the tour start day, you will need to arrange your own transportation to be at the confirmed pickup location on time for joining the tour.

Does it means that if i go on this tour, i´ll have to pay everyday 6 dolars for my tour guide/bus driver, and also 3 dolars for the airport transfer service? i didn´t undestand. so i´ll pay the price of the tour and also $6.00 for each day, so is 6 x 9 days?

The Service Fee is mandatory and must be paid while on tour.
The fee is payable per day per person.
Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person for tour guide/bus driver; min. $3.00/person/transfer for airport transfer service)
For the first day, as only a transfer is arranged, only $3.00 is payable per person.
For the remaining days on tour, the $6.00 fee per person will be payable.

Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age. For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.
In order to take advantage of the offer, we suggest booking the first room with 3 people, the discount will automatically apply. Then proceed with the second room with two people.
We currently do not link up single travelers together, but we do offer guest the opportunity to find a travel companion through the website.

This means that if 3/4 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd/4th person will be free for the tour.
Please make the reservation for one room, 4 adults and the price will automatically adjust itself.
