To whom it may concern, I am looking to book this tour in the near future and need to know what is the differences between "cosmos" tours versus the regular ones? The itinerary does not specified whether or not the tour guide is going to meet us at the airport. Does this mean I have to find my own transportation to the location? Also, similar to the other tours, does this offer shuttle service everyday of the tour with a narrated tour guide (does not specify) or am I on my own when I arrive at location?

Dear Customer,

Cosmos tours are more specialized.

It is a group tour and you have a tour director and local guide at each city you will be visiting.

You will not have the same tour guide throughout the entire tour.

This tour is only conducted in english.

For this tour, you will need to meet your tour group at the first night's hotel, typically the Sheraton New Orleans. You will need to find your own transportation to the first night's hotel.

This tour will offer daily transportation and tour guides at each different city, not during your transport to the different locations. The bus driver would be your service guide while you go from location to location.

Dear Customer,

Disneyland and California Adventure are two separate parks they are located across from one another.

Please refer to the Disneyland webpage for more details.

The major difference between both parks is that Disneyland offers more of the traditional Disney classic themed attractions while California Adventures has the latest rides like roller coasters and features the more current themed attractions.

Dear Customer,

The attributes price shows the cost of the theme park tickets as included in the package, and added on to the tour package's base price.

The theme park tickets are included in the total tour price, but not in the package base price.

If I find a travel companion on your website, how does the payment work? Since I don't know the other person, can we pay our share for the tour separately in advance? If we get a 3rd person, are there 3 beds in the hotel room or only 2 beds?

Dear Customer,

Only one of the guests will need to make the reservation. Under "lodging" you will need to select "Share Room" to allow you to place your order in as a travel companion reservation.

Both guests will need to make payment for their portion of the tour, without the full payment of the entire tour we will not be able to process the reservation.

Each room booked on tour is equipped with two standard/ double beds.

4-Day Orlando Theme Park Tour Package with Choice of 4

We are planning on doing this tour in August. I just want to confirm my understanding of how this works. The first day, we get picked up at a hotel or designated location in Miami and transported to Orlando for the first of the four parks. Then we stay at the Clarion in Lake Buena Vista the rest of the time, until the last day when we get taken back to Miami correct? We don't travel back and forth between Miami and Orlando every day, do we?

This is correct, you will be in Orlando for the duration of the trip.

You will not be traveling daily from Miami to Orlando.

The price for 11 guests goes as follows:

Room 1: 4 guests (1 free guest)

Room 2: 4 guests (1 free guest)

Room 3: 3 guests (1 free guest)

Total amount: $899.00

You are receiving a 5% group discount for groups of 10 or more as well as every 2 tickets you purchase you will be receiving the 3rd one free (as long as all passangers stay in one room) which you will be receiving 3 guests for free and only purchasing 8 tickets.

Your total reservation cost includes the hotel accommodation for 2 nights.

how much is the entrance fee to the west rim of the grand canyon? So the fee would be $109 plus entrance? What would be the total for this tour in june. How hot is it in the grand canyon this time of year?

As stated under our Package Excludes section admission to Grand Canyon West with a lunch $80.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.)

Depending on the number of guests, number of hotel rooms and travel date, the total pricing will vary.

The weather is currently in the 90s-100s for the month of June.
