Thank you for your inquiry. The tour will offer a drop off at the same location in Jersey City. The guide will usually allot about 45 mins to 1 hour for the visit to one of the Smithsonian museums. Any requests to leave the group during one of the sightseeing days to rejoin later need to be coordinated with the tour guide on the first day of the tour. The tour group will leave Washington D.C at around 1-1:30 pm on the 2nd day. The tour guide will arrange the stops at various restaurants/ food courts, with vegetable only dishes on the menu.
