Regretfully we don't have pickup location in the downtown area of New York on Day 1 (12/24).
We only provide one time complimentary pick-up services for:
JFK: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
LGA: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
EWR (by hotel shuttle): 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Guests who arrive at the airport no later than 4:30pm (LGA), 5:30pm (JFK), 6:30pm (EWR), are welcome to join our exclusive night tour (admission not included; optional). Please also note that the Night tour seats are limited and subject to your tour guide's confirmation. Please book and pay cash with your tour guide when you get pickup.

In fact I'm not quite sure the stay in West Grand Canyon will be affected if there is snowy weather. If this is the case, is it going to refund or change to other tour?

Hi, I've got a few questions:
- In your other tours, there are options to pick 1 itinerary out of 6 selections while in Los Angeles. I am just wondering if you will/can do the same with this one since this one visits 3 theme parks while in LA, it'd be great if we have other alternatives like a city tour in place of 1 of the theme parks for example? If you can do that, will it change the pricing since I believe the admission fee for theme park will cost more?
- In case we need a hotel extension for an extra night due to the flight schedule, will you drop us off in the hotel after the tour finishes and still provide the free transfer back to the airport in the following day?

Regretfully, we do not offer any pickup out of the assigned locations. The closest pickup location we can offer is Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The pickup time is 6:45am in the morning. Please arrange your own transportation to the pickup location to join the tour.

Is there any chance to visit the Niagara Fall of Canadian side, if participant wants under his own charge? If yes, what I have to do? Surely I have a passport and no problem to enter Canada.

For the tour 38-730, the seats will be assigned by our system based on the order of receiving customers' reservations ("first come, first serve". )
We suggest you to make the reservation as soon as possible and note in the "comment" section regarding your wife's seating request while the reservation making process. Our Operation Department will take consideration based on the overall bookings.
We are unable to guarantee you the front/middle seats at this point. But, if you can make the reservation way ahead of the departure date, the better chance we can accommodate your request accordingly.
