Wondering what time is pick up at airport to begin this tour? What is planned for 1st day?
Is this only tour to San Francisco with return to LAX to fly out on 1/17/15?

1) Airport pick-up is complimentary between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm. The first day is just for airport transfers. No sightseeing will be arranged on that day. You will start your travels on the tour on the 2nd day of the tour itinerary starting at around 7:00 am.

The guide will arrange the seats during the trip and try to make sure everyone has a chance to sit in the front, middle and back of the bus.
If you have a special request, please leave us a message in the comments when placing the order. We will request for front seats for you, but cannot guarantee the front seats will be available for all the 3 days.

The departing time from LA is from 6:30am to 8:00am. It takes about 5-6 hours for driving. The estimated time of arrival in Las Vegas is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm.

We are 6 of us from India want to take this tour during May 2015. All of us are adults. We are total vegetarians and we want to have only Indian Vegetarian food. My queries are 1. wherever the bus stops for lunch will there be Indian vegetarian food available? 2. Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $10-$15 (west coast), $15-20 (east coast) per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
We cannot guarantee there will be Indian vegetarian food available all the time. You will need to check with each location and ask for their vegetarian options.
We cannot guarantee if there will any Indian restaurants near the hotels where you will stay, please check with the hotel staff for more information, if you need.
In addition, you are more than welcome to bring your own food with you while on tour.
Regretfully, we do not have any tours specifically for Indian tourists.

If you would like to have breakfast in the hotels that you stay, please check with your guide for the pickup time and the hotel for each day and book the breakfast with the hotel, if time allows. Generally, the tour guide will arrange stops for all the meals for travelers at various restaurants and food courts along the way.
We will send you the e-ticket with a confirmed itinerary and hotels in Los Angeles, after finalizing your booking. If you need all the hotel information during your trip, please check with us when the tour date is close.

The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable, but the start city and end city will always be Los Angeles.
Guests who wish to fly out of LAX airport on the tour ending day, must please book a U.S. domestic flight after 10:30 p.m. and an international flight after 11 p.m.
