Q: I will arrive in Miami on 14 April 2015 and would like to travel by rail to Los Angeles to join the 7-day tour. How long would it take me to get to LA and would it be possible to join the tour after my arrival? Thank you.

You can have LAX Airport pick-up until 10:00pm, or self transfer to 1st night tour hotel to join the tour. Q: Hello, On day 2 on this tour, what would be the arrival time to Las Vegas after the trip to Grand Canyon? I've bought tickets for a show at 8 pm and would like to know if I'll be on time for that. 2015-01-17 19:18:05 Dear Patty, For the optional tours, you will simply have to inform the guide the day the attractions come available to let him know if you wish to partake in them paying the admission charges directly to the guide on tour. Please pay with cash, as the tour guide cannot accept credit card, or check for the optional tours. You do not have to take the optional tours, but you are highly recommended to because the optional tours are usually selected attractions or places of interest which you should not miss in order to have a more enjoyable travel experience. Currently, the minimum service fee for the tour guide/driver is $7.00 per day per person. Tours that depart on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday will not visit Howe Caverns / Secret Caverns.
