You can join tour late at night on Feb 13th, the airport pick-up is free for 24 hours or you can receive pick-up at most places in Toronto. You can also join tour on the morning of Feb 14th, usually the tour departs from the hotel lobby early morning. You would need to arrive at the departure hotel timely so that you do not miss the departure. Kindly note there will be no price revisions made to the tour package for choosing to join the tour later.
