Once we receive your reservation and full payment we will begin to process your booking. All reservations are subject to final confirmation usually within 24-48 hours.
Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

Passengers who do not need airport pick-up service and first night accommodation are welcomed to join the tour on Day 2. Passengers can join from the following pick-up location.

Yes. This tour can provide the New York airport drop off service.
Your tour guide will not accompany you on the trip to Washington D.C.; the final drop-off address will depend on the confirmation made by the guide. We also provide airport transfers to NYC airports (JFK,LGA,EWR), for flights departing after 7:00 p.m.

I would like to know the difference between the super-value tour and the deluxe/standard tour. It appears that there is virtually no difference in day to day itinerary, is it basically the same tour? Please let me know where the $20 difference comes from.

Generally, the deluxe/ standard tours offers higher quality accommodations for the stays in Los Angeles county than the super value packages.

We're 3 person planning to go on 18 Dec'14. I have some questions :
- Is the tours definitely going and no cancelation?
- On Dec the Yosemite replace to Monterey 17mile Scenic drive? Any option to Monterey Aquarium?
- When the confirm ittinerary release after we book? Can we request on Day 9 the last day of tours is SD Seaworld? As we would like to extend in SD and not going back LA with the tour bus.

It usually takes us one to two business days to confirm an order after receiving the booking and full payment. The orders will not be cancelled after the confirmation, unless there are some very unusual situations, such as storm or severe weather.
Usually, Yosemite park will be replaced by Monterey 17 miles during winter time. Monterey Aquarium is not included.
The order of day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start date. If you have special request, please leave us a message in comments section when booking. We will double check the possibility with the local office and update to you by email.
