Kindly leave a note in the comment section when placing your reservation with your request. The visit to the Grand Canyon West is in the early morning, and guest usually depart from the west rim around 12:30 pm. This will not allow you to view the sunset at the Grand Canyon. You have to go to the Visitor Center (777 8th Avenue) to exchange voucher for boarding passes 30 minutes prior to the departure time, and then you can join the tour.
