Hello,
I have a question about the first day of the tour. If I arrive earlier the day before the trip, do I still have to check-in and stay at the hotel you arranged? Could I meet up with the group the next morning before heading to Las Vegas? If I can do that, what would the price be like?
Thanks,
Dear Dolly,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Our hotel rooms can only be available for checking in on your tour start day. If you arrive day (s) earlier before your departure date, you will have to arrange your own transportation and hotel booking.

You can either meet your tour guide at the airport on the first tour day at below locations or self transfer to the first night hotel at your own cost. The price for the tour package will not be affected if you self transfer to join in this tour.

Dear Vishal,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
Most likely, there will be vegetable dishes for you to choose from. However, we cannot guarantee that. You will need to check with each location and ask for their vegetarian options.
In addition, you are more than welcome to bring your own non perishable food with you while on tour.

Dear Jenny,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The tour fee will be in USD. The service fee, personal expense and other fees during the trip will be in CAD. If you choose to pay in USD, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
If you do not book the meal package, there will be no meals included. The guide will help to arrange the meal stops while on tour,
at various buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants where all customers will be able to choose and then purchase their own meals.
Best Regards,
Blaire

Many thanks,
Norma
Dear Norma Marshall,
The nearest pick-up point will be the Chinatown location:
8:00am Chinatown (Manhattan NYC), 75 Chrystie St, New York, NY 10002
You can also use the "Location Helper" located under Step # 2 "Meeting Point" to enter your zip code. Our system will then locate the nearest location for you.

Before I purchase my ticket, it wants me to select the meeting point. I'm planning to buy 2 tickets(for me & my friend). I'm staying near the meeting point in Manhattan & my friend is staying near at the Jersey City meeting point. Do we need to board together at one stop? Or can we go to separate pick up locations and just meet in the bus? Thanks.
Dear Joe,
If you and your friend are on the same booking, you will both need to join at the same meeting point chosen.
Meeting at different meeting points will have a chance that you will not be arranged on the same bus.

Hello, Any possibility of obtaining the bus routes especially for the Downtown and Uptown Tours prior to exchanging tickets at Madame Tussaud's? Would like to study and get familiar with connection stops. Thank you.
Dear Misty K,
Regretfully, the online information on the tour page is the only information we can provide before hand.
When you exchange your voucher at the redemption center, you can obtain more detailed routing information from the information booth.

Dear Zuzana,
You will have three options to choose to spend your tour.
1- Shopping Option
2- Sightseeing Option
3- Dolphin Option
In our experience, usually Dolphins are more prominent during the warmer months.
