Q: We will be in Vegas April 24-27 and would like to get a 1-day trip. We are going to stay at Excalibur. Do you still have availability either on 25th or 26th of April? What time is your morning pick up and do you pick up at Excalibur? Please remark your hotel name and address in the "Meeting Point" box under step 2 of the booking page. There is not a different schedule based on departure dates. To view the tour's available dates, simply locate the reservation step 1 on the upper right hand corner of the tour's information page and scroll through the different available dates per month on the reservation calendar to view the tour's available dates shown in bold print. Hotels limit occupancy based on local or state fire codes, no more than 4 people to occupy a hotel room, regardless of the ages of the occupants. For quad, since it is the maximum amount of guests reached, it will price out slightly higher.
