Dear Ana, Currently our office is located in Azusa California. If you are local to us, you are welcomed to visit our offices Monday-Friday during normal business hours (9:00am-5:00pm) for more information in person. However, most bookings are completed online and the detailed tour information can be found on our website. To view the tour's available dates, simply locate the reservation step 1 on the upper right hand corner of the tour's information page and scroll through the different available dates per month on the reservation calendar to view the tour's available dates shown in bold print. ​​ You can complete all the steps and click on book now to place your order for the tour online. We have customers of all age groups, from infants to senior citizens. ​​ However, this tour will recommend customers be in good physical condition as there will be long distance drives from one attraction to the next as well as hiking opportunities. ​​Please consider this note before you make the reservation and of course, you are more than welcomed to join this tour. Regarding the stroller, ​you are welcomed to bring a folding stroller, please do leave a note in the comment box when placing your reservation online that you intend to bring this along with you. We recommend that you book your reservation as soon as all of your travel dates are set. ​​We then can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. ​​ Dates that may show availability online can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made. Dear Bothina Gewik, Currently, direct pick-up is not available from the Marriott Gas lamp and drop off to Anaheim Hilton hotel. We will advise the nearest pick-up to the designated locations which are near by, once we receive your booking. We do not offer Universal studios to San Diego Service.  Hi there, I would like to ask. 1) Will this tour be available from 2nd Jul to 4th Jul? or 3rd Jul to 5th Jul? 2) What time will the bus depart from LA to LV? As I'm worried that I'll be arrival at LAX around 12/1pm. 3) 5th July - My flight to depart from LAX to other countries will be at 11.55pm. Do you provide transport to LAX while we're on the way back form LV? Thanks!

The departure times from the designated meeting points are located Under Step # 2 in the booking section of the tour page. Please Note: The times are in the early mornings from Los Angeles. You may consider to take the tour the next morning as you will not make the departure on time, if you arrive at LAX at 12/1pm. 3. We normally return to Los Angeles between 6:30 p.m. - 7 p.m., but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by special circumstances such as bad weather and traffic. Dear Mohammad, This tour does not offer airport transfer service as you will need to arrange your transportation from the airport to join the tour on the start date. The hotels included with the tour, do not offer airport shuttle service as well. Best Regards, Teiyana Customer Service Rep
