Dear Cindy, This 9-day tour package departs on every Wednesday/Saturday in the month of June and July, 2015. July 1st is a Wednesday and currently is still open for booking. If you make a reservation for July 1st, 2015 and arrive in Los Angeles on June 30th, you will need a one-night pre tour hotel extension. July 1st will be considered as first day of the tour. When you make the reservation, you can leave a note request for the needed hotel extension, we will recommend and quote accordingly. According to the default itinerary, the tour will stay in Las Vegas for 2 nights. You may be able to arrange a Las Vegas show at your own cost but will depend on how your reservation is confirmed. From Los Angeles to Las Vegas, without any unpredictable delays, the tour usually will arrive in Las Vegas at early afternoon time. You may arrange a late show on the 1st night in Las Vegas. If you choose to visit West Grand Canyon on day 2 in Las Vegas, the tour usually will be back in Las Vegas at around 4:00 pm (no unpredictable delays). You may able to arrange a show at the same night. If you choose South Grand Canyon itinerary, please do not book a show for the same night. Due to long distance, the tour returns to Las Vegas from South Grand Canyon is always late (at around 9:00 pm or later). We strongly suggest you make the reservation BEFORE making show arrangement.
