Q: I am sorry but you haven't answered by 2nd question. We won't need an airport transfer on the 1st day because we are planning to arrive San Francisco earlier. What is the process of check-in or meeting the tour guide on the 1st day. Where will be a meeting point, & around at what time? Regards

2015-06-20 14:13:48 Dear Loan, Per the previous post, on day 1 you may either self transfer to the first nights hotel or join the tour at the airport. There is not one location as this day we are picking up customers based off the flight information they provided. If you decide to join at the airport you will need to provide us with your desired pick up time, we will then assign a meeting point. If you decide to self transfer, we will make the necessary arrangements. Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Best Regards, Alex Customer Service Rep

Our "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion is applicable on a shared room basis. This means that if 3 people share one room, while on tour, the 3rd guest travels for free. We suggest booking 3 triple rooms. Currently, the price for 3 people in one room is $2,053.65. The quote provided includes admission tickets for all 3 guest and the promotion of "buy 2, get 1 free" is already applied. To place a reservation, kindly follow the steps located on the right side of the detailed tour page. Currently, the buses used do not come equipped with a wheelchair lift. Guest must be able to board on and off the bus on their own.
