I was wondering if we have to do the whole program of the tour. Meaning if the tour says we are going to the Empire State Building if we have to go with them. Or can we be a little flexible and decide on our own if we wanna do certain parts of the tour?

Attractions like the Empire State Building are optional. Customers can choose to pay and participate or not.
If you do not join the optional tour, the tour guide will assign a meeting time and location for you to re-join.
Guest are responsible for joining the group on time to proceed with the tour.

Planning on doing your 7-day tour and ending up in Los Ang. The following day, we will take your shuttle back to San Fr. Which drop off would be the best to be the closest to the airport? Also, what would be a safe time to schedule flights out of San Fran.? Thanks

This location is about 30 minutes from the airport.

According to our online information, only combination 2,3,5,6 provides hotel pickup/drop off service at most major hotels in downtown Miami and Miami Beach areas.
The combination 1 and 4 have default main station departure times/location. For instance, if you wish to join combination 1 "Hop-on, Hop-off Tour 2-Day Plus Biscayne Boat Tour", the only available departure location will be at Main Station (Downtown at 350 Biscayne Blvd).

If I book online, how will I receive my tickets? I am unfamiliar with Boston, and will be boarding at the Prudential Center stop.

Usually, you arrive in Fisherman's Wharf on Day 2 and will remain there for about 1 hour and 20 minutes as lunch is usually there.
You will also have free time if you choose not to do the optional San Francisco Bay cruise.

We do not offer pick up near Bernal Heights Park.
The nearest pick up point will be in the Downtown San Francisco area, approximately a 20 minute driving distance from Bernal Heights Park.

Return time: between 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
