2015-08-26 20:49:02 Dear Ellen, October 3rd is not available for booking as this tour only operates on Sundays. Currently we do not have a similar tour from Frankfurt that operates on Saturday's. In spring and summer, wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. Wear layered clothing in the fall and winter to ensure comfort in the colder temperatures. 2015-08-26 19:08:44 Dear Eileen, Hiking is optional, however you will get to choose from Easy, Moderate, or Hard Hiking Trails. If you choose not to go hiking, there are cafe restaurants in which you can relax in meantime the hiking takes place. Yes you will set up your own tents. On the first day the tour guide will show you how to set them up and provide you with any assistance if needed. You will also be able to assist in the meal preparations while on tour. Q: Hi, we are 4 adults and we are interested in the above tour (6 day New York, Philatdelphia, Washington DC, Niagara Falls and Boston Standard Tour). We will be arriving in New York on 19th september at JFK Airport, at 10am Could you please confirm if we are able to join your tour on that date and if you would be able to pick us up from the airport. 2015-08-26 18:54:56 Dear Adriana, We can pick-up at JFK as long as your flight is between Eastern Standard Time 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Last free transportation will depart at 11:00 p.m.). If you arrive before 1:00 p.m. JFK and meet our guide at the airport baggage claim areas, you will transfer to Flushing for lunch and shopping. As of right now we do have seats available for September 19th and current price for 1 room and 4 adults is $836.00 USD.
