My family visiting from India will like to take the day tour of the city. Can they be dropped at Milpitas and picked back from there ? What time should they be dropped and picked later ? Please confirm that pick and drop are included as part of the package.

As this is a one-day tour, guests need to join the tour in the morning. The pickup time at Milpitas (Ulferts Center, 668 Barber Ln, Milpitas, CA 95035) is 07:50am. And usually the tour will end at Milpitas at 06:30pm. There may be a 30-60 minute delay due to traffic or weather conditions.

There will be a lunch included in the tour price (Chinese meals, Vegetarian meals or Native American meals). No drinks will be provided. You are welcome to bring a bottled drink with you or purchase something to drink at the Grand Canyon.

You can choose to opt out of the hotel stay, but we will not be able to revise the tour price.

Is it possible that tour payment may be made in CASH on the tour day.
For security reasons, the credit card information may be provided while booking through web and in case of now show or cancellation, only then the requisite amount may be charged.
